The design for Garuda Logistics was developed keeping in mind the office space for the young team. Different zones of the office are partitioned in a way to achieve transparency and a sense of openness, at the same time maintaining privacy. This open office design also allows natural light to reach deeper areas and create controlled visual connections between outside and inside to bring dynamics of the outdoors in the space.

The company’s vision to enhance lifestyles with state-of-the-art residential projects, high-end commercial spaces, and internationally styled retail avenues is evident in the interiors of their corporate office in Gurugram.
Built on a compact 180 sqmt site, the house is distributed on three levels and includes two interconnected apartments; living, working and studio spaces for the family of an illustrator on two levels, and the ground floor housing their elderly parents. The street facing front side of the house is sheathed by a light blue perforated screen. Incorporating a system of openable panels this screen allows the house to breathe and respond to the flows of nature, daylight and conditions outside.
As the name suggests, the abode carries an interesting identity of the yellow stone cladding along with the majority of the facade. The entire elevation has a few vertical surfaces of walls that incline at angles taking it away from the two-dimensional world of drawing. This in turn helps to capture a sensation of movement over in a static state. The structure, almost frozen in movement embraces the concept of light and ventilation with large openings, transparent surfaces, and shadow play. – Span Architects
Situated in a 28 acre site, the Terravana also called the Earth house is a design intervention that travels along the lines of earth and sustainability. In a plot size of 34.4×60 ft the unit focuses on a minimum footprint integrated with greenery. The interior setting transcends with the Pairing of age old technique of lime plastering with mid-century themed furniture. With delicately chosen décor that complements the theme of wellness and the colour palette of natural tones exhibits strength, sound and health. – Svamitva Architecture Studio
The house was designed for a textile businessman from Rajasthan whose family spans three generations. The design brief consisted of three luxurious bedrooms, ample living spaces, entertainment and service areas.
