Live Collaborate Learn by Morphemy Architects, brings together the life of Kozhikode by adaptively reusing the Comtrust Weaving Factory. The focus is to merge the old with the new, by considering the local culture and economy of the place.
Pond Grove & The Fabric by Fictional project- a proposal made in the heart of Kozhikode has to be robust in accommodating its social nature. In the spirit of being united in the face of differences, the proposal has to bring in social spaces for interaction where people feel safe and a sense of belonging.

Verukal Design Studio’s design proposal- Collective Memory As A Tool To Revive The Mananchira Precinct, Kozhikode, hinges largely on the ‘collective memory’ of the Mananchira precinct, at the same time adapting to the newer notions of public space.
Revive Kozhikode, by A’FACTREE proposes to revive the Comtrust factory building as a heritage museum, and reweave it with the Mananchira pond so that they are all percieved as one and the museum becomes an inevitable component of experience and celebration.
Resurrect by Studio 3 am, proposes a space where one can experience the glorious era of the weaving factory, when it was at its full pace.
Curated by Architect Syam Sreesylam, the Comtrust Weaving Factory Photography Exhibition was exhibited at the IIA Young Architects Festival 2022, held in Calicut and organized by the IIA Calicut Centre.
EZHA is a urban and heritage-centric approach for reviving the Comtrust Precinct as an intersection of three main dimensions: Nature, Heritage and Urbanism.
Designed by Studio SGA, Taksila Roots is set on one side of the rectilinear plot, leaving a larger chunk on the south for the playfield, tire park, service block, and vehicular parking. The building is oriented parallel to the main road, with the longer facade towards the south/southeast.
The Mohalla Clinics by Architecture Discipline is one such solution that aims at accessibility, the immediacy of care, economical deployability, and affordability, along with a socially integrative approach to health and well-being.
Dasavatara Hotel, Tirupati by SJK Architects is a 121-key boutique Hotel on a 13,150 sqm plot of land at the foothills of the Saptagiri Mountain range. The functions included guest rooms & suites, banqueting facilities, a business center, a health center with a spa, gym, games room, swimming pool, and two specialty restaurants.
Designed by KTA + ARUR, Jetty Garden is envisioned as a public place that resonates with people’s aspirations and establishes a sense of reverence for the water, a multi-faceted space for all age groups and a place to celebrate the Narali Poornima boat race along the waterfront.
JPAC- Jairamdas Patel Academic Center at the Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital Campus Nadiad, Gujarat by Indigo Architects, a center for excellence to further the level of endoscopic surgical skills and diagnostics in the context of an already established world-renowned center for urology.
Designed by Vijay Gupta Architects, the Vedanya School, located in Sector 48, Gurugram, sets a precedent for how architecture can positively influence children’s schooling experience. With the intent of designing a school where children are excited to learn, the design initiates a playful environment with diverse opportunities for exploration and activity.
