Ltd, the building is oriented with its service cores on its shorter, East-West sides, and the largely open floor plate facing the North-South sides, held between the cores. The Southern side has imposing views while the Northern side faces the commercial hub and overlooks neighbouring buildings.
Designed by GA Design, Sachin Goregaoker, the stylishly reception area in Grey Italian marble floor and veneer paneled wall looks warm and inviting. The ceiling is interesting with criss-cross cuts for indirect lighting.

The Focal Length by Renesa Architecture Design Interiors Studio has been conceptualized on the progressive composition of different elements and contrasting materiality. It is a marriage of customized optical objects removed from their original context and then combined with a purposeful concept to result in an art like installation gallery with a bold and minimal ideology to add to its existing organic legacy of The Maggo Optics.
Located in the prime area of Vadodara the dhaba style restaurant with 1200 Sq. ft. on ground focuses to design and evolve a new theme based on diverse dimensions of vibrant aesthetics , culture , functionality and design aspects with urban context in limited budget.
The client’s rationale was to create a captivating space within the 1600 sq. ft. area that would serve as a restaurant with dine-in and take-away service. The aim of the project was to given a complete new experience to the diners of this 16 year old restaurant that had been shifted to a new location.
The original brief by client was to make the house uncongested and to give it a more fresh vibe therefore, the basic parameters considered while dealing with the 2.5 BHK apartment are subtle use of materials and fresh color palette which helped to make the spaces look big and user friendly.

Referencing forts as a primer the formal development of the project attempts to balance a need for privacy/protection from the outside while developing layered and tiered open spaces for social engagement.
The façade is a rich tapestry of double glass unit mixed with interlocking zinc strips, perforated zinc Jaalis and aluminium trims interwoven in a fluid composition. Driven by DBL’s modern ethos of efficiency and quality, the building has an understated finesse that makes it a noteworthy icon for the organization.
In continuation to the vision of the company and its endeavor to deliver unique home solutions, we tried to follow the legacy by bringing in a feel of a HOME in the interior space of the office. The transparent glass door opens with a welcome desk with a soft seating aside. The choice of the colours and the textures enhance the homely feeling with the array of cozy discussion rooms with an intimate arrangement of furniture.
The 310 bedded hospital has seen a journey of 25 years. The management’s decision to get this upgraded into a modern infrastructure was the need of the hour. The problem with the whole hospital was the Infrastructure and ambience. The Facade of the whole building doesn’t used to look like a 310 bedded Hospital as the building sits on a L shaped Plot.
