The stepped house designed by Studio Lotus is based on a structural grid of retaining walls: a main wall that spans the entire length of the project along with intermittently-spaced walls across its width. Spread across 23.8 acres in the outskirts of Pune, India, the design of Hexaware campus creates a landmark in a setting with limited architectural references and is representative of a strong brand identity. The five-story structure integrates 75,000 sq. ft. of flexible workspaces, training centers, recreational facilities and other support amenities. The design of this project was guided by the climate, its surrounding landscape, effective use of daylight and multiple functions that this building is set to host.
76 South Avenue is a luxury residential building in Bandra on a plot of 5317sq.ft.having one 3 bedroom apartment of 1420sq.ft.per floor, with the top two floors being a duplex penthouse. The apartment orients towards the west, with the living room and the two main bedrooms overlooking into the direction of the Arabian Sea. The terrace houses an infinity pool, along with an intimate entertainment zone.
The Art House by Morphogenesis Architects was designed in close consultation with the clients who are great patrons of art and wanted the house to be a backdrop for their art collection. The site is located in the Lutyen’s Bungalow Zone in New Delhi, with considerable site restrictions. Hence, the site planning and layout proved to be a challenge.
