The Integrated Production Facility for Organic India in Lucknow is a LEED Platinum-rated development designed for production, processing, and administrative functions for the holistic wellness brand. The design scheme incorporates local influences to create a sustainable environment, featuring a sprawling campus.
Designed as a light pavilion extending into the landscape of the site, the built expression, interspersed with deep verandahs, attempts to blur the boundaries between the outdoor and the indoor, Beer Garden by Studio Lotus and Studio Vikhroli, seamlessly blends into its environment.

Royal Enfield Garage Café at Calangute, Goa, by Studio Lotus
The stepped house designed by Studio Lotus is based on a structural grid of retaining walls: a main wall that spans the entire length of the project along with intermittently-spaced walls across its width. Embodying a character typical of its location, these stone walls act as prominent design elements in the scheme; defining and demarcating areas.

To create a shell for the garments our design response was to create a contemporary abstraction of a timeless form. The corporate head office for the MKM group works on the idea of transparency, and a shared workspace. Peripheral cabins in glass frame a notional central ‘courtyard’ like space that opens out to the green terrace through the glass walls of the boardroom. This arrangement offers a feeling of privacy and yet retaining transparency. The cool palette of grey stained cement board, poured concrete and glass becomes a frame for the sculpted furniture in CNC cut stacked plywood and hand cast custom designed, brass suspended lamps. – Studio Lotus
