Residence 2105 in Chandigarh by Studio Mohenjodaro – The new construction was visualised as part of the first floor of the residence, which ultimately was designed to include a living, dining and kitchen space, turning the first-floor space into a comfortable, warm abode.
Slayback Pharma in Hyderabad by Studio Mohenjodaro – The American Start-up Pharma Company, Slayback required a contemporary, corporate setting that would reflect a lively and happening office space while maintaining formality necessary for its day-to-day functioning, for their Indian Headquarters.
Designed on a small site in Bangalore, House S by Design Integratus is designed on a tight budget and in response to its densely populated context. The house is divided into three zones vertically- the private (second floor), public (first and upper ground) and semi public (ground and lower ground) zones.

SomepIace in Manali by Put Your Hands Together – The project at Manali is a homestay called, – Someplace and we got a chance to work on this through Noel, my former student. Eventually he also became the on-site architect for this project. When Areen visited the site in November 2016, all he could see was a piece of land covered thigh-high in snow keeping the visit aside, all he could think about was that warm bed back in the hotel where he would rather be tucked in at that time. This exact feeling of longing for the warmth became the concept of our design.

Designed by ED+ Architecture, the Gully Home is a residential project located on a street in Chennai, overlooking the ocean. The house is designed such that it opens and offers itself to the surroundings, while also swaddling in its layers of privacy.
Office 543 was designed by Charged Voids on a tight, 140-sqm plot in a busy commercial district in Mohali, Punjab. The narrow building, closed from two sides, has openings through two courtyards and multiple skylights, thereby maintaining optimum daylight and ventilation. An oval-shaped private meeting area emerges from the intersecting geometry of straight lines and an ellipse, resolving a complex design brief on the small footprint and creating a free-flowing spatial sequence.
House on a Farm is a vacation home designed by Architecture_Interspace in Tamil Nadu’s village, Kurumbagaram. The house’s design involves the use of materials evoking the simplicity of rural life. The design philosophy is a mix of rustic themes based on the idea of living with nature and contemporary finishes to enable comfortable work-from-home weekends.
