As the name suggests, the abode carries an interesting identity of the yellow stone cladding along with the majority of the facade. The entire elevation has a few vertical surfaces of walls that incline at angles taking it away from the two-dimensional world of drawing. This in turn helps to capture a sensation of movement over in a static state. The structure, almost frozen in movement embraces the concept of light and ventilation with large openings, transparent surfaces, and shadow play. – Span Architects
The Leaf house is a private residence of a Multigenerational family of six adults and two kids, located in a newly developed residential colony of the city. Site is a flat rectangular piece of land with 50 feet of frontage and 120 feet in depth, having its approach from east. – Span Architects
The building responds to its context by using the existing site gradient to create multiple levels. The entrance level has a library, card room, party hall and a double height reception lobby. This lobby overlooks the double height launch with a view of swimming pool, which is the focal point of the club. – Anuj Mehta Associates
The project is a 20-acre township with 2000 housing units propose in stilt plus six storey high towers. The housing units were designed for the contemporary lifestyle of an upwardly mobile clientele and vary from the affordable two bedroom/three bedroom units to the luxurious three/four bedroom units with servant quartets functional units with minimum space utilization in common and circulation areas resulted in maximum space utilization.

With the client’s requirements for a comfortable living round the day, residence B-5, located on the peripheral areas of the city with a need for enhanced security, finds its design solutions around basic lines of modern architecture.
