ArtBuzz Studios, located at Okhla Phase-II is a co-working space dedicated to creative professionals, conceived and designed by Anubha Gupta and Amisha Chowbey. Every corner and inch of this space exudes inspiration and has been attracting creative professionals from all fields.
This 2000Sq.ft interior project has a bright and inviting colour scheme off-white, yellow and grey. The colour scheme and the use of glazed and partly glazed partitions is to create a feeling of spaciousness. The design approach here was to go beyond rigid compartmentalized sterile interior design. The focus was exploring curvilinear forms and spaces.
The basic idea behind how our office should be was very clear that we wanted it to be minimal and contemporary with three shades ‘white’ showing simplicity and making the spaces full of light; ‘grey’ making the space earthy and compliments white ; ‘blue’ the highlighting colour adding a spark to the liveliness to the space. Stepping inside WTA 700 Sq.Ft.of space via staircase up, an old window installed at its ceiling enlightens the path.
When SJ Contracts, a two-decade old construction company was looking to design their 4,000 sq ft office in Pune, their focus was on creating a state-of-the-art office that was built on their core values of innovation, quality and transparent business practices. Greatly inspired by their work story and the core of the practice and values, Studio Osmosis, the design firm behind the fabulous design of the office decided to use ideas, materials and construction techniques that were honest and true to their business of construction to achieve the desired look.
The brief of the project was to come up with an office space design in a compact site of 1260 Sft. The client loaded us with requirements which were much more than expected & design to be more creative.
Symphony Corporate House, Ahmedabad The symphony corporate project is located nearby S G Highway, Ahmedabad, India. Intended by the owner, to bring all activity and people of this company under one roof, the design also supports this intent with all spaces opening into a central courtyard.

The 1800 sq.ft. office is designed with taking utmost care to the personal taste and way of work environment they believe. “GREY OFFICE”, is a office for US- based IoT company (Internet of Things) who wanted to expand in India with a new setup located in New Delhi showcasing simple yet bold reflections of the company principles.
The high performance computer center (HPCC) and center for climate change research (CCCR) buildings located in Pashan Pune, were conceived to pioneer research on climate change and allied studies. The facility promotes the urgent need to build a critical mass of trained researchers to address the science related issues of climate change that are of particular relevance to India.
A close-knit layout has been adopted for the entire office. The transition from the lift lobby is marked by two passageways that are perpendicular to each other. One passageway leads to all the management cabins, that open up further into a well-lit collaboration space.
Funktion Design is an expression of an interesting structural language. The main supporting structure is casted by three 9m x 8m concrete portals on which three steel portals form the framework supporting the steel deck roofs of the studio level and the meeting zone.
The office for Biome is built over an older building. The owners had found the use of the upper floor to be redundant for them and were seeking to rent it out. An additional floor was added for this purpose.

Unboxed Co-working situated in Noida, India is one of its kinds. Designed by Noida based Chaukor Studio, its uniqueness is imbibed in its regenerative transformation from an old industrial unit to a dynamic co-working space.
The Apartment of 62 sq mt space demanded a layout spacious enough to combine work and living together. Spaces are separated through vertical frames that could be combined when required according to the space function. The vertical frames are designed as a combination of transparent, porous and solid planes. Transparent and porous planes allows for maximum light and air ventilation within internal spaces. While the solid planes within the vertical frames functionally takes care of the storage units. The frames are kept open where it meets the ceiling and floor surface to maintain the continuity of space within the apartment. The vertical frames and the furniture are designed using reclaimed wood that is Valsadi sag. – Studio UA Lab
