Zydus Corporate Park, Ahmedabad, by Morphogenesis is envisioned as a resilient 21st-century workplace that borrows from Gujarat’s vibrant architectural and cultural heritage, the head office of Zydus, located along a busy highway in suburban Ahmedabad sensitively responds to the region’s extreme hot-dry climate.
Team Vº, from Visvesvaraya National Institute Of Technology, Nagpur won the Office Building Division and the Grand Prize. They designed a Smart Police Station at Punapur for the Nagpur Smart and Sustainable City Corporation.
Max House Located in New Delhi’s Okhla industrial area, a multi-storey office building that would ease into the landscape and nod to its context while aiming to set a benchmark for timeless architecture.
The office space for Mr. Abhilash is built over a land measuring 2400 sqft in a densely built residential area in Bangalore. The client a young developer, in his brief to ‘IN-GRID’ wanted a small yet iconic office building. He also expressed his love for materials to be seen in their natural self. The project presented us an opportunity to apply and test some new ideas in space, technique and material. Brick, concrete and wood in its exposed state forms the core components of the design.
This is the first office building in which the earth that came out from the basement excavation has been used as compressed stabilized earth block in the masonry of the building, and in making its landscape garden slopes. Another special feature of the building is the plants and trees that have been planted.
