The Madikeri Resort in Coorg, Karnataka is a hospitality project that was designed for Club Mahindra Holidays and Resorts. Located in Mangalore, this 3-bedroom apartment is a contemporary take on a traditional south Indian home. The seamless open plan allows a lot of natural light to flood the living-dining-kitchen area. The earthy polished plaster on the wall, the muted tones of the fabric play off the brass set-pieces and wood accents of the furniture making this apartment space with balance and grace.
Redwall Design Studio revives the Bridge Co-working space by playing with one’s emotional response to an office atmosphere via external stimuli. Envisioning the Bridge Co-working space as a mood catalyst, apt for a workplace, the designer forges the interior space with refreshing elements and colors.
The Summit Kindergarten School, at Chikmagalur by Studio Decode is the recent addition to the Summit Campus. An elementary school has already been built earlier which was the first building of the campus and the kindergarten being the second building with a secondary school under construction currently.

CASA LUX is conceived as a space of dramatic light located in one of the older part of Tumkur .The road is on the eastern side and it also forms the longer edge of the site. Surroundings consist of a coconut grove located on northern edge of the site. The dwelling unit is aimed to respond to the requirement of the client with formal and spatial solutions.
We designed project to be darker than what would lighting be for a space for visually able. Openings in certain parts of the building were so designed that through the movement of air would one feel the direction. This was a pro-bono work for our office.
This educational campus is being developed outside Bijapur on Ittingihal road around 8 kms from the centre of the city. The city is catching up in this predominantly grape growing area sitting in hard rock bed of Deccan trap. The Tungal Memorial Trust that is developing this Campus is looking for an exclusive school to nurture scientific talent. A high school from 6th to 10th leading to SSLC and a Science stream of 11 and 12 PUC, would be a predominantly residential campus that is being planned.
The design for a small student housing project in the town of Belgaum India explores the section as a device to layer a series of semi private living spaces vertically. What seems like a straight forward division of space in plan is a complex layering of self contained living units to achieve maximum density yet maintain comfortable living standards for the occupants.
Given that the monument sits in a rural setting, its immediate surroundings are not particularly welcoming. In response, we have enclosed the site with a Gabion wall that provides privacy and guides visitors along a “discovery path” leading to the Memory Monument and the photo gallery all situated within a park-like setting. Crafted entirely out of fine metal, the Memory Monument is in the shape of a “kada” (famously worn as lucky charm by Dr. Vishnuvardhan) stands at a daunting height of 10 metres above the level of lower ground.
The school sits in a neighborhood with constant construction activity and a godown is in its immediate vicinity. Creating a learning space for a young age group on such a site required that the school be an enclosed and protective space. The site factor played a key role in the design, along with the Reggio-Emilia education approach itself, on which the school is based. – Biome Environmental Solutions
The home is located on the outskirt of Bangalore at the edge of the garden around the park adjoining a lake. Since the plot is a corner one the home is designed so that it can be viewed from both sides. As one walks around the building it reveals its characters, punctured wall with windows of various sizes and hues, telescopic vaults and sloping roofs at jaunty angles. Though located near a lake in the north- it exactly is not a very pleasant view at lower levels since there is also a large stormwater drain flowing at the edge. – Biome Environmental Solutions

The whole building maintains a very human scale with the heights varying from single storey to ground plus two storeys. This place also exudes a certain warmth because of the use of natural materials/elements in its architectural vocabulary.
