One entry through the garage in the East is the access to a small office space as well as the house, and yet another in the North leads directly to the living room. Living, dining, master bedroom, kitchen and related services occupy the ground floor, while the children’s bedroom, study, guest room and family room are located on the first floor. The basement has an additional bedroom that also doubles up as a yoga space. Courtyards and cutouts bring volumetric relief to the otherwise dense house form. Further, the facades on the ground floor are opened up to allow spaces to directly engage with the margin all around.
