The requirement of twin units, which are independent and yet have a common identity, shaped the basic house form. The basic concept was of two independent units having a common entrance sharing a central courtyard. The building responds to its context by using the existing site gradient to create multiple levels. The entrance level has a library, card room, party hall and a double height reception lobby. This lobby overlooks the double height launch with a view of swimming pool, which is the focal point of the club. – Anuj Mehta Associates
The concept behind the office was to build a luxurious, spacious, contemporary office which includes opens spaces, high ceilings, inflow of natural light and splashes of bright colors to create a soothing peaceful work environment. A relaxed comfortable and communicative work culture was the starting point for all the design concepts.
The project is a 20-acre township with 2000 housing units propose in stilt plus six storey high towers. The housing units were designed for the contemporary lifestyle of an upwardly mobile clientele and vary from the affordable two bedroom/three bedroom units to the luxurious three/four bedroom units with servant quartets functional units with minimum space utilization in common and circulation areas resulted in maximum space utilization.
This is an 18-acre township of around 200 multi storey housing units and 300 villas. The basic concept was to provide the resident with affordable housing units on small independent plots of 100 to 150 sq. Responding to the lifestyle of Bareilly these were designed as simple, functional units with efficient space planning. these were designed as expandable villas to cater to the future requirement of families. The site plan was based on concept of creating green space around the existing mango trees, thus providing resident with a quiet, relaxed environment.
