The National War Memorial by Webe Design Lab is a gestation on the idea of rebirth of those unsung heroes through their stories, journey and struggles translated as spatial expressions.

Designed as a duplex for a family of three, Sangwan House sits quaintly at a corner plot in Delhi’s Karala Village, translating the client’s vision of having a small house but plenty of open space and green. It’s one of Habitat Design Collective’s (HDeCO) low-cost residential projects and has been designed and completed in INR 30 Lac (USD 43,500).

Built across an enormous 3500 square feet, this stellar project exemplifies the vocabularies of big, bold, and beautiful in and out of the ordinary fashion. Designed by Ar. Abhigyan Neogi, Principal Architect & Founder- Chromed Design Studio, this residence is a concoction of design styles fusing one into another and consequently delivering an intricate space. Located in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi this phenomenal residence follows a contemporary design style typically offset by neutral colors. It is a modern interpretation of Indian dwellings that melds historic elements with current lifestyle concepts. The splendid abode is an eclectic mix of the new & the old replete with the use of vintage décor. – Chromed Design Studio
A lady in a pink saree and a mauve shawl was sat in front of a large sculpted wall, soaking the winter sun with her head bowed. Strangely enough, there are many spaces around this public place designed to relax, but she chose a spot that was not intentionally designed for seating. As architects, we design spaces for use, yet there are uses such as this which is hard to comprehend but it exists as a result of something else. In this particular case it happens to be the Rejuvenation project of the oldest Kali Badi Complex at Mandir Marg, New Delhi
The ‘Optics Express’ is an adaptive project that has been conceptualized on the progressive composition of different elements and contrasting materiality. It is a marriage of customized optical objects removed from their original context and then combined with a purposeful concept to result in an art like installation gallery with a bold and minimal ideology. The clients need was to symbolize their own brand with more unique and architectural identity, in addition to being a special retail for eyewear. The resulting product was an artistically crafted representation of art in the optics world. – Sync Design Studio

The club house for JAI Plant at Yamuna Nagar has been envisaged as a multi-purpose space which shall be utilized for the various activities the plant’s employees indulge in apart from their daily work routines, be it their sporting activities, social gatherings, an evening tea with colleagues and guests or for various workshops and seminars the company holds for its staff.
The idea behind this architectural intervention in the city of Amritsar is to hit the psychological nerve of the people and make them spiritually aware about the rich culture they belong to and rejuvenate the socio-cultural essence of the city and the state. This proposal is foreseen to add to the already booming tourism of the city. It showcases Indian culture, crafts and sports on a global level and exhibits culture of rural India with all its colours and vigour.
This project familiarised us with the ground realities on site, and being challenged in this manner made us reconsider our attitude towards the built environment, to attention to detail, and quality of construction we are satisfied with.
The major requirement was to create a consolidated proposal wherein all these curricular activities houses under one roof within a square site at the south-west side of the school property.
The Bar Cat is a prohibition-era inspired jazz bar with fine dining that provides a venue for Delhi’s upcoming jazz music culture.
The 450 sq yards house, sits in the dense metroscape of Delhi which has been designed for a business family comprising of three generations. The main brief provided by the client was to keep the rooms spacious and luxurious and at the same time use of the ample natural light.
