As the site is completely surrounded by residential area and commercial complex, privacy was a major concern. To resolve this issue, the outer side was mounted with window slits which would give them required seclusion from eye level where it can let in natural daylight. – Architects at Work
The most essential part of this design was to create a place where people can enjoy the decision-making process and allow us to guide them through their options easily, so they can create exactly what they what – their dream bathroom!
We created a space more akin to a high-end retail store, or gallery space, whilst maintaining an environment which encourages collaboration and creative exploration. – Architecture aNew

Making of a Place, Abin Design Studio
Located in an upscale Delhi neighbourhood, the project site is a consolidation of two plots designed for families of two brothers for a multigenerational living. The two equal and identical homes are a part of a unified built mass as distinct floor plates with common parking, services, amenities and other co-living areas as opposed to two disjointed structures.
