Int-Hab a word play of “Intuitive Habitat” founded in the year 2012 is an architecture and design studio specializing in architecture, interior and product design. Head quartered in Bangalore, the design studio believes in providing design solutions for a wide array of projects ranging from residential, hospitality, healthcare to institutional while being sensitive to the end user’s expectations and requirements. The studio’s design ideology revolves around the principles of Cost-effectiveness, Minimalism, Sustainability, Feasibility and Functionality. The studio maintains constant dialogue between all the stake holders and uses latest technology trends, appropriate materials and innovative design strategies to create consumer centric designs. A strong sense of service delivery and commitment towards each project has resulted in the studio enjoying lasting relationships with their clients.

The idea for this mixed-use project located in Bangalore, was context based and inspired by the architects need for an office space while retaining the residential flavor of the layout. This ground-up 4-story mixed-use building contains the architect’s office and apartments.
