‘Plot 33’ is nestled between a university campus and a small public park, gracing Rajkot’s urban landscape. Spanning 10 x 24 meters, the design prioritizes climate-responsive orientation, with cavity walls shielding the east and west, and a south-facing circulation core for harmony.
Rajsamadhiyala House, Dist. Rajkot by BPS Architects is designed as integration of materials, details and make the house energy efficient by use of locally available materials and applying appropriate methods of construction.
Future Trajectories 2.0: Dhulia Architecture Design Studio
Dhulia Architecture Design Studio designed the interiors of ‘Mruduman Apartments’- a four-storeyed family home as a minimalistic take on the traditional Indian home.
Designed by playball studio, the Multipurpose Court at St. Mary’s School, Rajkot, is an open-air basketball court with peripheral seating. The design embraces the multipurpose ground’s character and activities, by having its peripheral seating on three sides and opening itself to the open ground.
The flying walls hostel project was commissioned to us by a company intending to provide their workers with a living space that promotes community living and wellbeing. The site is located on the outskirts of the city of Rajkot in a developing area with educational, industrial and hospitality buildings coming up. Despite the development, the site’s location provides unending views of the agricultural, grazing lands and the horizon.
