Domus villas are categorized into east-facing and west-facing villas. Every individual house is designed to meet the demands of a modern Indian lifestyle. Well defined porch and double-height foyer mark the entrance to each villa. The minimal use of red-stone cladding on the stairwell and exposed brick wall extending out from the formal living area add character to the white walls. Semi-covered terrace on the first floor complements the linearity of the compound boundary and gate.
