ArchitectureLive! invites submissions from Indian Architectural Firms for the forthcoming publication: Atlas of Never Built Architecture, by PHAIDON, which is scheduled to be released in 2023.

You may fill this form only once and provide link to multiple projects. Please make sure each project is saved in a separate folder along with the relevant information as prescribed in the FAQ. You may share projects through Google Drive, DropBox, WeTransfer or any other file sharing utility.

Frequently Asked Questions

Unbuilt Architectural Projects, all typologies, proposed for India specific sites are invited by Architectural Firms based in India.

Yes. This is irrespective of whether your entry won the competition or not.

No. Only actual projects having specific site in India with actual clients are allowed as submissions.

The first shortlisting of projects will be done by ArchitectureLive! Team and sent to PHAIDON for the final selection.

Each submission must include the following:
1. Renders of the project and model images – High resolution (Min 300 DPI at 5000 pixels on the shorter side) JPEGs or TIFF files .

Include a separate document for captions for each image.

2. Drawings – Neatly labelled (No overlapping text) and legible – High resolution (Min 300 DPI at 5000 pixels on the shorter side) JPEGs or TIFF files .

Include a separate document for captions for each drawing.

3. Project Facts – A separate document that provides the following information:

  • Name of the Project
  • Name of the Design Firm
  • Names of the Principals
  • Typology
  • Location
  • Built up Area
  • Site Area
  • Design Team
  • Credits to include

4. Project text – Word File –  Between 300-500 words describing the design approach, context and process.
