The Ground with the living, dining, and the kitchen come with the associated rooms and a traditional courtyard segregates the guest and the private areas. An elaborate Pooja room sits in the north eastern quadrant and is sized to accommodate four members for the daily rituals.
The uniqueness of the lake resort is that twenty-one cottages and twelve rooms have been comfortably accommodated on a small plot of land abutting Lake Vembanadu.

The project is significant in the way it breaks away from the conventional way of life. It goes back to its roots, from the city to the village, thereby giving a growth impetus to the area, albeit in a small way. It acts as a creative landmark to the village, creating a sense of pride and inspiration urging them to stay back and work in their area rather than adding more burden to the city.
