The Terracotta House, designed by Modo Designs, for a family of four is a part of a gated community on the outskirts of Ahmedabad. The family earlier had their weekend home on this plot where they have now shifted their permanent residence moving away from the densely populated localities of the city. The idea was to connect the users with the traditional elements of architecture while achieving a contemporary look.

Located on the outskirts of Ahmedabad, this clubhouse is a community place of a housing scheme developed by Bakeri Group. The intention was to design an open and a airy place which would let the user be in communion with nature.

This highend luxurious apartment for the Bakeri family, sits in the heart of the city, adjoining Institute of Indology and surrounded by green lush institutional campuses. It is designed to be unique in its kind with only one apartment on each floor and with layout designed to enjoy the expansive green vistas on southern, western and northern sides.

Symphony Corporate House, Ahmedabad The symphony corporate project is located nearby S G Highway, Ahmedabad, India. Intended by the owner, to bring all activity and people of this company under one roof, the design also supports this intent with all spaces opening into a central courtyard.
