Founded in 2013, we are a multi-disciplinary practice operating in the fields of Architecture, Urbanism,
Interior Design, Research & Development; with a focus on creating ecological, culturally specific and
contemporary built environments.

We as a practice are cognizant of operating in a developing economy and attempt to leverage the
challenges that this posits to find ‘common ground’ between the economic, social, cultural and
ecological aspects of the built environment. Our research and design methods engage within a
matrix of diverse interconnected trajectories, namely;

  • Place-Based Design– Critical regionalism, Traditional vernacular understating of the built environment and its relevant impact.
  • Haptic Digital approach to Design and Construction intertwining cutting edge technological process & Traditional Labour practices.
  • Sustainable Design as an ecological approach, as a sum total of Social Capital, Economic Capital and Natural Capital.
