Dasavatara Hotel, Tirupati by SJK Architects is a 121-key boutique Hotel on a 13,150 sqm plot of land at the foothills of the Saptagiri Mountain range. The functions included guest rooms & suites, banqueting facilities, a business center, a health center with a spa, gym, games room, swimming pool, and two specialty restaurants.
Designed by Studio Interweave, this project is a Homestay located in Kabi, North Sikkim. The structures are built taking the the site’s topography and existing landscape into consideration. The units are light in weight due to the usage of timber construction, thereby allowing minimum excavation for the footing.

Set amidst expansive Cardamom plantations on steep terrain areas in Thekkady, Kerala, a set of cabins have been designed to nestle within a sea of green. Responding to a brief for a boutique resort, the project includes five independent cabins, an outdoor pool with adjacent stepped decks and a spa block divided into three interconnected volumes all raised on stilts. – Kumar La Noce
Tulum is an experimental paradox in the brutalist context of Chandigarh. It is a rooftop restaurant that offers panoramic views of the city skyline. Drawing its inspiration from the Mexican getaway destination by the same name, Tulum is curated as a superfluous, green and vernacular oasis. Masked by the concrete jungle of Madhapur in Hyderabad. The Hush cafe is an off-beat sight to its contrasting surroundings. Nestled within the lanes of a corporate and residential neighborhood, this cafe beams warmth that one seeks to experience after a tiring day at work or a quick hangout session with friends over the weekend. The location of this recreational spot in the city is expedient to the ease of access for its users. Set along the river, the resort has small cottages over looking it, along with a swimming pool which blends with the flowing water near by. The restaurant, in the first floor, has large windows on all sides, thus making it airy and ventilated, at the same time giving a lovely view of the swimming pool and the river and the mountains.
A silent, peaceful resort along the side of the Chittar dam reservoir. Very subtle, blended with nature cottages. The cottages are of exposed brick and random rubble masonry What makes the resort special, are the small details, the gateways, the niches for lamps, the thatched gazebo next to the lily pond and many such simple elements which becomes significant in the whole picture.
