Abhigyan Neogi, Principal Architect & Founder- Chromed Design Studio, this residence is a concoction of design styles fusing one into another and consequently delivering an intricate space. Located in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi this phenomenal residence follows a contemporary design style typically offset by neutral colors. It is a modern interpretation of Indian dwellings that melds historic elements with current lifestyle concepts. Located in Ludhiana, a major town of Punjab, the design language of the Accord House is largely an exploration of a visual of clean magnificent form with the main material being the concrete, in dark coloration, with a texture that extends to the wooden elements complemented with the landscaping. It has been designed in a way where the grand interior resonates with the contemporary façade of the residence. Located near the PPR Market in Jalandhar, Punjab, the Fire-in-The Hole has a North Italian feel. It largely reflects the Streets of Venice as one enters the space. It has a lot on the platter that attracts a creative person. Rustic Interiors and unique embellishments win the game. Be it be the Coloured bulbs at the ceiling level, the coined interior wall, Herring and bone pattern flooring, semicircular blind arches depicting the Venice streets or the alternative patterns of stone cladding. – Space Race Architects

The idea behind this architectural intervention in the city of Amritsar is to hit the psychological nerve of the people and make them spiritually aware about the rich culture they belong to and rejuvenate the socio-cultural essence of the city and the state. This proposal is foreseen to add to the already booming tourism of the city. It showcases Indian culture, crafts and sports on a global level and exhibits culture of rural India with all its colours and vigour.
